Reading in the margins
Long lines are hard to track. Your eye reaches the end of one and, on the way back, lands a row too high or too low — so you read the same sentence twice, or skip one entirely.
Focus mode lights up a single block and dims everything around it. Step with the arrow keys (or the buttons below), and the rest of the page falls away.
It also loosens the line spacing while it's on, so there's more daylight between lines — fewer places for your eye to slip.
